They're going out of business but everything is still priced Sky High
I tried to return a few craftsman hand tools on 10/09/2017. The clerk said he would not exchange them because of some rust on them. I asked for the manager and she told me about the same thing. I said when I bought these they had a life time warranty. They would not exchange them so I left. What ever happened to the famous Craftsman’s lifetime warranty. “If for any reason your Craftsman hand tool ever fails to provide complete satisfaction, return it to any Sears store for free repair or replacement.” Now there is no reason to buy craftsman tools at a premium price that have no warranty and are now mostly made in china.
Didn't realize store closed at 5pm on Sunday. Tried to purchase items and was turned away at 5:04 pm was told all registers closed and had to wait to have the door unlocked to get out. Anyone want to know why Sears is losing money?
Going out of business and it shows. Long check out lines,no salespeople,bare shelves,and prices on all display fixtures.
